うにと牡蠣と日本酒と 食堂うに61に行ってきた感想【食レポレビュー】

今回ご紹介するのはサラリーマンの聖地、新橋にある「うにと牡蠣と日本酒と 食堂うに61」さんです。横浜や西麻布にも系列店があり、こちらは2023年3月にオープンしたばかりのお店です。

食堂うに61のオススメメニュー

看板はなく白い暖簾に囲まれており、カウンター9席のみとなっていました。店内はサラリーマンやカップル、1人で飲みに来ているお客さんで賑わっています。

黒板には、旬のメニューがぎっしり書かれていて、何から注文しようかワクワクします。

おすすめは、店名にも入っているうにと牡蠣、そしていくらといったプリン体好きにはたまらない魚介類、そして7代目ウニボナーラという自家製麺のパスタです。

この日は以下のメニューを注文しました。今回はこの中で特におすすめしたい品々をご紹介します。

  • 岩手県洋野町うに牧場の殻付きうに
  • 名物こぼれ雲丹トロ
  • 生うにプリン
  • 牡蠣フライ
  • 7代目ウニボナーラ
  • キウイ大福

岩手県洋野町うに牧場の殻付きうにを注文してみた

最初に紹介するのは岩手県洋野町うに牧場の殻付きうにです。うに牧場では洋野町の環境を生かし、実入りの良いうにを育てています。

こちらのお店では殻付きで提供してくれます。これはなかなか見たことがありません。スプーンですくって、贅沢にいただきます。

口に入れると、まるでうにがとろけていくようです…。甘みや磯の香りがダイレクトに伝わって、たまらない美味しさでした。

名物こぼれ雲丹トロを注文してみた

次は名物こぼれ雲丹トロです。トロに巻かれたシャリに、店員さんが目の前でうにといくらをたっぷりかけてくれます。これぞ、こぼれ雲丹トロ…という感じです！

うにといくらには味が付いているので、トロも合わせて全部一緒に頬張ります。うにのクリーミーさ、いくらのプチプチ弾ける食感、体温でほどけていくトロ、絶妙な組合せです。

7代目ウニボナーラを注文してみた

最後は7代目ウニボナーラです。濃厚なうにのクリームソースの生パスタにいくらやカラスミまでかけた痛風覚悟のパスタです。

進化を重ね、現在7代目だそうで、いったい何代目までいくのか楽しみですね。パスタは毎日お店で製麺するというこだわりで、この製麺機が予想以上に高価だったためお店の看板の設置は見送ったのだそうです。

卵黄をパスタ全体によく絡めると、うにのクリームソースの濃厚さが更に引き立ちます。いくらの塩味やプチっとした食感、そしてカラスミの旨味で言葉に出来ない美味しさ…！

クリームソースがお皿に余った時は、店主が一口サイズのお米を追加してくれるので余すことなく最後まで楽しめます。痛風覚悟、やみつきパスタでした。

いかがでしたでしょうか。旬の食材を使用しており、その時しか味わえないメニューも多々ありますので、何度も通いたいお店です。

今回ご紹介できなかった生うにプリンや牡蠣フライも絶品で、プリン体好きな方にはぜひおすすめ。キウイ大福は求肥を手作りするなど、至る所に店主のこだわりも感じられます。ぜひ足を運んでみてくださいね。
