おしゃれなテラス席でちょこっとつまめて、ちょこっとのみたいなー。と思い、今回足を運んだのはこのお店「Molé TAQUERIA Y BAR（モーレ タケリア イ バル）」となります。
2023年4月にオープンしたばかりのメキシカンバルで、種類豊富なおいしいタコスとお酒を気軽に飲み食いできる場所です。日曜日の15時過ぎ、友人と2人で利用しました。
店舗の雰囲気
Mole TAQUERIA Y BARはタコスやメキシコ料理のお店のことをいう「タケリア（スペイン語で屋台）」がコンセプトになっています。
アメリカで移民の人々が発展させていったタケリア文化を株式会社HUGEが新しく表現しており、タケリア文化をじっくりと楽しむことができるレストランとなっています。
ラテン系の音楽が流れた店内は大きなガラス窓からたくさんの日が差していて、とても明るい雰囲気でした。店員さんも気さくな方が多く全体的に明るく楽しく、異国に来た雰囲気を味わえました。
天気が良ければテイクアウトをして、テラス席で食べることができます。特に夕暮れ時はとても景色が良くなるのでおすすめできます。
ドリンクはバーカウンターから注文後すぐに受け取れるのが嬉しいポイントでした。

料理は注文してからあまり時間がかからず、すぐに来ました。大き目のお皿に片手サイズのタコスが並べられて来た時はテンションが上がりました。
ソースが売りのタコスだけあり、どの味もどれかに劣ることなく、味も香りもクオリティーの高い一品でした。
サイドに頼んだバッファローチキンウィングはスパイスの香りが効いていて食べる前から「うまい！」と言ってしまいたくなりました。もちろん味は申し分ないです。
旨味がぎゅっとつまっていて何本でも食べれるおいしさでした。ブロチェッタデレスは、牛ハラミ肉がとても柔らかく程よい塩味が抜群の一品でした。
どの料理も一品一品丁寧に作られている感じが伝わり、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
値段はやはり丸の内ということもあり、けして安いとは言えませんがこの値段を出して味わえる雰囲気と料理があるなら、また是非とも利用したいと思いました。

店前にあるメニューの看板を確認すると”現金はご利用頂けません”との表記がありました。
支払い方法はクレジットカード、電子マネー（Suica、Pasmo、Apple Pay、iD、QUIC Pay）、QRコード（PayPay、d払い、Alipay、WeChat Pay、メルペイ、楽天ペイ、J-Coin Pay、au PAY、JKOPAY、銀聯）となっています。
キャッシュレス決済のみとなっていますので現金しか持っていない方は注意してください。注文は普通にオーダ形式も可能でモバイル端末での注文もできますが、店員さんが丁寧に説明してくれました。
